How to be healthy? in a holistic way, from ayurveda, to macrobiotic, tropology, raw food, whole plant based food, superfoods, adaptogens, medicinal mushroom, took and integrate the principles that resonate with me into my kitchen to develop functional recipes that connects into the magic of plants to be able to share their powers
Of course, I also add some guaguanco (Venezuelan slang that refers to put a unique flavor into what you do) to all my dishes.
